Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and modifications are subject to the following conditions:
- Until 18 March 2025: refund minus €50 as administrative fees
- From 19 March until 15 April 2025: 50% refund
- After 16 April 2025: No refund
Name changes received before the registration deadline are free of charge and only possible within the same registration category. After the registration deadline, the price difference of the registration category is charged for each name change.
Name change will not be possible from 13 May.
The Organising Committee cannot be held responsible for double registration or visa refusal. In these cases, cancellation policy will apply.
