WILTS Manuella

Manuella Wilts is currently the Senior Director, Customer Services EMEA at Johnson & Johnson.  In this role, Manuella oversees the regional Customer Service Strategy and Deployment across EMEA, across all three Johnson & Johnson customer segments (Consumer, MD&D and Pharma). Central to her role is managing customer connectivity and driving through transformation across Johnson & Johnson’s business in customer service, e-commerce, and customer analytics. Manuella has been with the company since 1999, holding a number of senior level roles in both Supply Chain and IT.
