Elia is a Managing Director & Partner in BCG's London office. He has
broad experience across the Healthcare industry, with a focus on
operations, especially manufacturing / supply chain and procurement.
He
is a global co-lead for BCG's work on ESG topics with Healthcare
clients, whether in Pharma, MedTech or Payers / Providers. As such he
has worked with multiple clients, supporting them from baselining
current performance, identifying tangible actions, establishing delivery
programmes and tracking progress.
