RODRIGUEZ OMEDES Ferran

Ferran Rodríguez Omedes is an Industrial Engineer and holds a Master in Business Administration, a Master in Business Innovation and several Post-graduate courses related to Product Design, Industrialization, Clinical Engineering and Procurement Management. He is the Head of Clinical and Biomedical Engineering at the Hospital Clínic de Barcelona Infrastructure Directorate and Professor of Product Design in the Biomedical Engineering degree at the Faculty of Medicine of Barcelona. He has 14 years of managing experience in healthcare products' public procurement, both from hospitals and local administration and prior to this he exercised his professional activity during other 12 years occupying different managing positions always related with the design, the certification, the evaluation and the industrialization of new products in a couple of Technological Centres and in the R+D department of SONY Europe.
