Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and modifications are subject to the following conditions:
- Until 2 April 2023: refund minus €50 as administrative fees
- From 3 until 30 April 2023: 50% refund
- After 1 May 2023: No refund.
Name change: funds may be used to cover partial or complete expenses according to actual registration rates. Name change will not be possible during the MedTech Forum.
The Organising Committee cannot be held responsible for double registration or visa refusal. In these cases, cancellation policy will apply.
